About this X4L Show Case Website
This website has been developed to showcase some of the learning
materials that
have been repurposed so far, one year into the programme, and also some
of the tools are that enhancing these materials and attempting to make
the processes of repurposing and sharing resources easier for everyone
to attempt themselves.
In this website, you will find
- demonstrations of two prototype tools
and a range of learning materials repurposed using different
approaches.

- short Powerpoint slide shows produced
by the project teams themselves to explain what they have been
doing.

and other materials
There will also be CD-ROMs arriving in your institution and
available on the JISC stand at some relevant conferences. I
hope that you will find these useful for internal marketing purposes
to promote the availability of these online materials to others. Internal
marketing ideas that have been successful in institutions include
- holding a workshop as part of a staff development day
- lunchtime events with sandwiches thrown in
- twilight events, with cheese and wine.
