Learning Materials: X4L Lit - Windows Media Player

In this video, Kevin Palmer and Pete Richardson from the X4L Lit project team show us their learning materials that they have repurposed for 4 levels of English study using materials that link to the Literature Online for Colleges (LION) database produced by Proquest Information and Learning.

Kevin and Pete will also explain their definition of a “learning object” and tell us what it has been like for them to work on a JISC-funded project.

You will need either Quicktime or Windows Media Player to view the videos. The videos are designed to be played using a broadband (ADSL, Cable Modem, DSL, T1) connection. They will not run correctly using a dial-up connection.If choosing the Windows Media Player, please open it in a separate player, and resize accordingly.
