This is a collection of materials designed for running an interactive workshop regarding copyright issues when using third party materials. The workshop is a 2-hour session which has been designed to allow for an exploration of copyright and related issues in the context of what the tutor is currently doing, or is preparing to do, in supporting their students with online resources. The session is organised around three general themes: ‘copyright in using third party electronic resources’; ‘copyright practicalities’, and ‘selecting quality third party electronic resources’.
Also available on this page is a Case Study that Keith wrote which outlines the process he went though to develop this workshop.
