Keith designed a fairly short, generic questionnaire that could potentially (subject to any necessary tailoring) be used to assess the experience and interests of tutors ahead of staff development events in the broad area of online teaching and learning. The intention would be to ensure that a range of common themes and individual needs are usefully covered within the content and activities of any particular session, or series of events, and to help inform decisions around peer working arrangements, and the appropriate level at which to explore issues.
The zip file also contains a Word version of the questionnaire so you can edit it for your own purposes.
